VIRTUAL TOURS

D. Roberts Photography provides the additional services of creating and hosting Virtual Tours from the photographs we capture for you. The Virtual Tours are provided in several forms and pricing packages, depending on how much or less is included. Internet hosting of any tour is provided as part of the fee for creating the tour, and the hosting period is indefinite - there are no reoccurring charges. Updates to the tour listing information is provided free of charge - just send an e-mail with the change, and it will be made.

In order to have a Virtual Tour, a custom tour interface "skin" is required in which to nest the tour. The skins are designed to match the color scheme and design aesthetics of your existing website. There is a one-time fee to create the tour skin and web page template in which the skin is placed, as well as a home/agent banner for placement above the tour. Once created, any subsequent tours will use this skin and page template at no extra charge.

The Basic Virtual Tour includes moving panoramas and a slide show capable of enlarging to a high resolution full-screen display, as well as a control interface, tour help page, musical accompaniment, and thumbnails and drop-down menus for navigation within the tour.

Here is an example of the Basic Virtual Tour with no listing information. This can be nested in an i-frame on your own personal website that calls the tour from where it is hosted with D. Roberts Photography:

Interactive Floor Plans can be added for an additional fee based on the number of levels in the home. Here is an example of a Full Virtual Tour that incorporates panoramas, slide show, and interactive floor plans, all on a custom-created web page that matches the style of your main site. Additionally, full and comprehensive information about the listing runs below the tour (no limit to the amount and type of information - an Excel spreadsheet is provided to detail all of the listing information you may want included on the page), and a custom home/agent banner sits above.

An IDX-Compliant version of the tour for linking to the KAARMLS that removes all brokerage and agent identifying and contact info is provided and hosted at no extra charge, as well.

D. Roberts Photography is a Certified Tour Provider for Realtor.com. If you are subscribed as a Showcase Listing Agent with Realtor.com, then a Realtor.com-compliant version that provides no possible linkage to other listings, but DOES provide brokerage and agent identifying and contact info is provided and hosted at no extra charge, as well. If you are not subscribed as a Showcase Listing Agent, then you can still put a link to the compliant tour on your listing as it appears on Realtor.com for a relatively small fee, that is the exact fee that Realtor.com charges D. Roberts Photography, and it just passed along to you with no additional, tacked-on charges.

Virtual Tours can also be formatted and "burned" to a CD-ROM that will play from the CD drive of personal computers. The silver-faced CD's are custom-printed with your agency logo, your photograph and contact information, as well as the listed home's address and other pertinent information. They are packaged in a clear-windowed, white paper CD sleeve. These discs are impressive and extremely useful when left in the home as a "take-away" for prospective buyers during showings and open-houses.
